Pricing: Frequently Asked Questions

Yes.

PowerHouse Hub provides affordable SaaS packages for smaller companies. The license fee for the platform is based on a monthly access fee per user per month (PUPM). Please contact us and let us know the details of your business (number of learners/workers, number of contractors etc.) and we will send you a customised proposal with pricing to match your business needs.

The PowerHouse Hub License fee includes access to the following:

  1. All Powerhouse Hub modules, functions, user profiles and settings based on the selected solution
  2. A separate and secure database on AWS servers to store, manage and securely protect your data
  3. 24/7 support and hosting of your platform on AWS servers in country
  4. Our designers to set up of your platform featuring your logos, artwork, stylesheet colours and login selection
  5. Secure access with custom username and passwords for all of your learners and workers
  6. Secure access to custom usernames and passwords for your Site Administrator
  7. The PowerHouse Academy with a comprehensive training program for your Site Administrator
  8. The PowerHouse Hub API and Single Sign-on (SSO) SAML settings

Yes.

To help manage cashflow for your business, PowerHouse offers the ability for you to pay your PowerHouse Hub license fee on a monthly basis using direct debit or processed as a payment through the Stripe payment gateway.

Note the initial License agreement term is two years and after the initial term, you can continue with your license or terminate the contract with 30 days notice in writing.

If you are deploying your PowerHouse Hub Portal with no integration there are no additional set-up fees.

We also offer a full-service program for customers that require integration and aftersales services. We provide firm quotes for these services:

  1. Payroll integration to establish a real time integration between your payroll groups and the Powerhouse Hub groups
  2. LDAP (Active Directory) Integration services
  3. Data migration services from existing platforms

The PowerHouse Hub license applies to the number of active and archived accounts that produce data in your reports. Your site administrator can delete selected accounts to maintain the number of active accounts. You can add additional accounts at any time and these are calculated on a pro-rate basis. The number of accounts can be reduced after the initial license term (with 9 days written notice).

The PowerHouse Hub platform is fully SCORM compliant (1.4 and 2004) and courses from authoring programs can be imported. The courses and platform are W3C compliant, support open standards, and deliver content with AA accessibility conformance. The platform also features the xAPI SCORM gateway for external provider courses.

Yes.

The PowerHouse Hub Platform offers the ability for your team to access the SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) to integrate other platforms with the platform. In addition the system offers turnkey LDAP (Active Directory) integration and an extensive API to facilitate other integrations with your existing systems. The platform has the Powerhouse App Store that features existing integrations with a range of applications to add additional functionality to your platform.

Yes.

The PowerHouse Hub Platform features the PowerHouse Content Publisher which provides a comprehensive html5 WYSIWYG editor with inbuilt page templates, wells, expand and collapse elements, tabbed sliders, text, image, audio and video integration. The editor can also be upgraded with over 80 languages.

The Webinar Manager is fully integrated with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and GoToMeeting webinar applications. The manager allows you to add descriptions, marketing, certificates and eCommerce as required.

Yes.

The PowerHouse Hub Platform is fully integrated with the Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. The eCommerce functionality is featured in the Course Catalogue, webinar Manager and Event Manager.  After enabled, the eCommerce module manages the price setting, in-country tax rates, invoices, receipting and automated waitlists.
