Training Services for Your Administrators, HR Executives and Content Publishers

PowerHouse Hub provides instructor-led skilling programs for your site administrator which are delivered by our product specialists.  Training sessions are delivered in a range of online webinars and your team will have access to our 24/7 Academy portal to provide continuous training support. All content is delivered to coincide with the launch of your site and are tailored to your site settings. 

Site Administrator Train-the-Trainer Program

To coincide with the launch of your Upskill Training Portal, our Product Experts deliver a Train-the-Trainer program for your site administrator. This webinar training is recorded for future reference. In addition, your administrator is provided with licenses to the PowerHouse Training Academy to provide just-in-time support for the duration of the license terms.

Admin User Manuals and Upskill Info Packs

In addition to the Site Manager Deployment Training, we provide up-to-date admin user manuals, technical documentation, key policies on data management and security, back-up procedures, our Service Level Agreement and PowerHouse Upskill Information Packs. Site Administrators also receive information on security patches, software enhancements and Helpdesk support escalation paths.

Learner / Worker and Manager Quick Start Guides

The PowerHouse Upskill Platform has received global awards in recognition of our intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This means that most users login and start using the platform without training or instruction. As such, many workers and learners do not require training on the portal. To ensure that we support all users, PowerHouse Hub provides a dedicated Help menu with quick-start guides and instructional videos to help users navigate through the portal. As Managers have their own dashboard, we also provide access to in-time training and resources to help them manage, mentor and report on their team's progress.

The PowerHouse Academy features:

  1. Secure logins for our Academy for each of your administrators.
  2. Access to the Upskill LMS Modules – Settings, Framework Manager, Workflow Manager (Pre-screens, Onboarding, Offboarding, General), Content Publisher, Event Manager, Webinar Manager, Learning Program Manager, Workforce Profile, Document Manager, News Manager, Alerts Manager, CPD, User and Group Management, Reports, User Dashboards and Manager Dashboards.
  3. Access to a range of training videos on key modules.
  4. Downloadable admin manuals, user guides, SLA and license agreements.

Training and Customer Success Officers

As part of our deployment strategy, we provide technical training sessions with your Site Administrator. These training sessions provide an overview of the platform architecture, explanation of all supporting policies, introduction to helpdesk and support, coverage of platform modules, integration tools, settings and user permissions.

Your administrator is provided with logins to the PowerHouse Academy for their continuous training on the platform. The Academy features purpose built training (voice-over instructional videos) on all modules and settings to provide training for your team when they need the information. 

The Academy features a comprehensive platform user guides and our policy library which can be downloaded and printed for easy reference. As part of the deployment of the site we provide the services of our Customer Success Officer for a 4 week period after the launch of your portal.

Our experience suggests that this period of time suits most site administrators but you have the option to continue with the services of our Success Officer on a fee-for-service basis. After the launch, the support program is initiated and your site administrator has access to our 24/7 Helpdesk to resolve any technical issues with the platform.
