PowerHouse Upskill with Talent Mobility provides real-time ranking of your employees and contractors and presents these in searchable Talent Pools. The job role profiles ranking is based on an aggregate of the scores presented below.

The Upskill Platform enhanced with Talent Mobility allows your employees to upload their CV which are parsed with AI engines to create a Recruitment Insight score matched against their job role.

The Recruiter Insight Score is an aggregate of the scores achieved on a range of recruitment criteria including:

Job Match Scores

The Job Match Scores are the most important datasets that relate to an employees ranking in your internal job role Talent Pools.

The Job Match scores are generated by creating a unique set of questions that relate to the job. Questions could include gathering data on previous experience, specific skills, projects, portfolio, qualifications, availability, job type preference, location and more. 

The questions are assigned a percentage weighting to create your own company specific Job Match scores. 

Job Role Compliance

Job Role Compliance relates to the specific qualifications, certifications, credentials, licenses or access cards that are required for your specific job roles. 

 The Job Role Compliance scores are calculated based on the upload of the required compliance items. The scores are presented in the employee’s personal Workforce Wallet.

Job Role Upskilling

Job Role Upskilling can relate to a specific qualification related to a job role. It can also include self-assessed, training-based and verified job skills that have been assigned to the job role.

The Job Role Upskilling scores appear in the personal Workforce Wallets and are calculated based on the completion of the assigned skilling activities.

Work Ready Shields

The completion status of the Work Ready Shield is presented in the Talent Pool ranking scores and the personal Workforce Wallets.

The Work Ready Shields are unique for each job role and feature the mandatory compliance and/or skilling components for the job role. The score is calculated on the completion of the tasks assigned to each shield.
