The Job Role Framework Manager creates Work Ready Shields for every worker. The shields are customised for each job role and include a selection of compliance files, credentials and/or core job skills that the business sets as compulsory.

The Work Ready Shield can be linked to rosters for critical roles or used by managers to ensure that the staff and contractors are fit for work. The shield features a real-time status of compliance and skilling for each job role in your business.

Managers view dynamic Work Ready Shields to monitor employee development. The workflow is built into the worker and manager dashboards with scheduled alerts and reminders.

Skills-based Competency Verification Management

Skill-based competency verification refers to assessing an individual’s abilities and knowledge in a specific area to ensure they meet certain standards or requirements. 

The manager dashboard features reports on the types of skills that need to be verified by a worker’s manager. The skill-based competency verification types include:

  • Self-assessed skills verified by managers
  • Training-based competency assessed by the platform
  • Verified skills with uploaded evidence of competencies

Monitor your culture with Workforce Insight data

PowerHouse Upskill features a dedicated reporting and tracking dashboards for group managers. The visual reporting schemas monitor the employees’ training activity and presents an overarching dataset for the entire group. The data presents individual results on the number of courses, webinars, events, and surveys. PowerHouse Upskill presents this data over a set time.

Each training type has its own dedicated reporting page which allows managers to track the completion of training material for a specific user. The system also tracks a worker by displaying personalised progress graphs. The manager has access to an extensive set of data reports that can filtered by activity, date, and groups and downloaded to be referenced off-site. There is also the ability for the administrator to create and save custom reports.
The Certificate Manager also assigns personal attendance and completion certificates to workers and contractors upon completion of a training activity.
