We offer an Agile Project approach and manage all stages of development with UAT and client signoffs, with commercial project management communication, escalation, resolution and reporting.
Although all deployment projects are unique, our technical deployment team can deliver most integrated projects within a 12 week program. As a guide, we recommend the 10 step deployment plan (above) which includes the following phases and related tasks:
Planning Phase (weeks 1 - 3)
- Provision of Project Plan and Schedule
- Deployment of Development Portal
- Client stylesheet and logo design phase to login pages
- Assigning login portals and messaging alerts
- Review and import of user data and aligned business groups
- Review and import skills taxonomy and job skills compliance items
- Build of onboarding and pre-screening workflows
Implementation Phase (Weeks 4-10)
- API Data integration (including payroll integration)
- User data AD import
- Single Sign-On with intranets or CRM
- Data migration from existing platform
- Current SCORM course import
- Deployment and set up CPD Model
- Set-up of Job roles with compliance and skilling tasks
Test, UAT, Launch and Support Phase (Weeks 11-12)
- Deployment of Production Site
- Online training of site administrators
- Introduction of the PowerHouse Academy for in-time training
- Deployment of Course Packages
- Site Test with user authentication UAT
- Client approval sign-off and DNS redirect
- Service Level Agreement activated
- 24/7 Helpdesk Activated
