The CMS provides the ability to select your own login page format. The login page options include a secure login, a self-registration login, an eCommerce login and a combination of logins for staff and contractors. 

Add your own additional web pages, add our own content with multimedia, add your privacy and cookie notices, add forgotten password feature and enable multi-factor authentication if required.

On the eCommerce option, add marketing information, discounts and automated payment, invoicing and receipts.

Design your own dashboards with customised menus

PowerHouse Upskill features customised dashboards and permissions for the Learner (worker), Manager, Site Administrator, Business, Visitor and Candidate user types.

Enable the require modules for each of your user profiles with a simple click. Customise all of the module menus by adding your own terminology to the menus. For instance, you may want to rename the Course Module to Units.

After renaming your menus, use the drag and drop functionality to reorder the menus. Select the Home Page or Landing Page for each user dashboard.

In the Menu Editor you can add your own custom menus. Add the name of the menu, add the unique URL and select the user profile dashboard to display your menu. Enable SAML Single Sign-On functionality as needed.

Custom Menus

PowerHouse Upskill allows administrators to have total control over the menus on the portal. Features include the ability to:

  • Enable or disable modules for your different user types
  • Rename the modules to reflect your company’s language.
  • Drag and drop the order of the menu items.

Add widgets to customise the Learner Dashboard

The Learner Dashboard offers a range of customisable features to deliver the exact user experience you demand for your learners and workers.

The Learner Dashboard has the option to include the Dashboard menu and set this as your Home Page for learners. The Dashboard features a widget for each module has been enabled for the user profile.

Select a widget to add it to your dashboard and change the position and set the size of the widget based on the content. The widgets provide a shortcut to each menu and display items such as upcoming events and webinars, current courses, document libraries, latest news, CPD status and more.

Set your credentials, location, time, tax settings and security

The customisation on the PowerHouse Upskill platform extends to business and financial settings to ensure that the portal delivers on your needs.

The tools allow you to name the site and add your organisation details. You can set the location and time region for the portal. This is an essential settings as your alerts will be sent based on these settings.

When setting up your eCommerce gateway, you can select your local tax details and percentages. This settings ensures that the correct tax is applied to all of your transactions.

The system offers extensive security settings to protect your user data. This includes the ability to set your own login credentials, enable 2FA, set block-out rules, encryption of passwords and user authentication protocols.
