Who we are
Our journey and our successes
Mediasphere Holdings P/L, trading as PowerHouse Hub, is a thought leader and pioneer in the area of workforce compliance and training management. Incorporated in 2006, we launched our global award-winning PowerHouse Learning Management System into the corporate sector to provide just-in-time training designed to upskill teams. In 2019, we launched a new generation of the multi-tenant platform which is trusted and licensed by governments, multi-nationals, corporations, universities, and SMEs globally.
The Future of Work
In 2022, we envisaged the Future of Work and understood the need to expand our operations and business scope by introducing the ability for our customers to use our platform to manage their job role compliance and upskilling and track this in real-time. We also extended the scope of the platform to pre-screen and rank candidates against specific job roles. We knew that we had to provide agility for employers to directly attract and hire permanent and casual workers, freelancers, and contractors. We partnered with Hired1st to build PowerHouse Recruit.
Dynamic Succession with Talent Mobility
In 2024 we launched Talent Mobility which provides real-time ranking of your workers’ job role performance in internal talent pools. As staff have searchable digital profiles, we offer real-time talent discovery that identifies the top performers for a new job role or upcoming project. Today we offer our customers the Powerhouse Upskill platform, which is a complete worker profiling solution that generates data during talent sourcing, selection, deployment, and performance. The dynamic profiling gives your business the edge with workforce mobility.
