Quick checks before submitting a support job
- Check your internet connection.
- Ensure you are using the correct URL address.
- If you are using a workplace or open network, try accessing PowerHouse Upskill from a different computer on on your phone.
- If steps 1– 3 do not resolve your issue, please lodge a ticket below and provide as much information as possible.

Creating a Support Ticket
If you are experiencing technical issues with the platform, logon to the Site Administrator Dashboard, select Help and the PowerHouse Hub Support Page will be displayed.
Provide as a comprehensive report detailing the issue. In your report identify the issue, users effected, time and date of the issue and screenshots that provides evidence to support this issue. The more detailed the report, the speedier the resolution.

PowerHouse Academy and instructional videos
PowerHouse Academy is a portal designed for your site administrators to access training videos and courses on how to use the PowerHouse Upskill modules and settings.
PowerHouse Academy is presented as a series of courses on the different products and modules. Most training pages feature instructional videos with voice-overs to help you use specific functions to manage the portal.

Technical integration and support
You can deploy PoweHouse Upskill as a complete standalone portal, or you can integrate the platform with your tech stack.
The most common service is integrating PowerHouse Upskill with your payroll systems to synchronise your users across all your applications.
Other integration services include SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On, LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and Oracle integration. We also integrate selected apps from the PowerHouse App Store.
